Burkina Faso Explosion: Police report 'terrorist attack' at army headquarters in capital

To Burkina Faso in West Africa, where a loud explosion has been heard at the headquarters of the army in the capital Ouagadougou. Police say it was a terrorist attack and masked gunmen were seen attacking the entrance to the building. The French embassy also said that its building and the French Institute were also being targeted. We'll have more on that as news comes in.
