Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior announced on Saturday that 12 men have been arrested for links to a terrorist group associated with Hezbollah and Iran's Revolutionary Guard.
Kuwait's state news agency quoted the ministry, saying the suspects were arrested in various locations, and a search for two others was ongoing.
The ministry said the suspects were among a group of 26 who had received prison sentences but had refused to turn themselves in. They were accused of weapons possession and planning "hostile actions" inside Kuwait.
