Despite common belief that the dish belongs to Korean cuisine, Li Chengxue, owner of Chicken First, thinks otherwise. In his opinion, the popular dish is a Chinese specialty; and the chef has committed his career to perfecting the art of making ginseng chicken soup.
"I hope more of my peers will put in the effort to make ginseng chicken soup a signature food of China, and let more people learn about this delicious dish," Li said.

The ambitious and innovative entrepreneur admitted that he doesn’t like old-fashioned ideas and enjoys thinking outside the box.
"I brought in new, avant-garde ideas," Li said.
"I focus on making chicken soup. We spend all our efforts on doing this one thing and improving it every day. Our goal is to offer our customers the best taste."
