At least 49 have been killed and more than 100 injured on Friday after two trains collided in the Egyptian city of Alexandria. Transport ministry officials say the crash was probably caused by a malfunction in one of the trains. Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has ordered an inquiry into the crash.
