Q1: Some poor families have been known to give up on treatment for their disabled children. What are some of the black spots in our current system? What can we do to address these problems?
Q2: Among the potential problems stay-at-home children face are the lack of family education, degraded school records, and other psychological problems. What could the government do to protect their rights and improve the living conditions of these children?
