South Africa's decision to legalize the private use of marijuana continue to make waves across the continent. In Kenya a well-known psychologist has spoken against a move he fears could lead to abuse of the drug as well as a rise in cases of mental illness. CGTN's Wilkister Nyabwa sat down with Dr. Frank Njenga.
