Skripal Poisoning: Russia requests meeting with UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson

The Russian Embassy in London is asking for a meeting with British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson. Ambassador Yakovenko says he wants to discuss bilateral issues and the investigation into the poisoning of Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury.
British authorities say the Skripals have recovered rapidly this week. The poisoning incident has led to the biggest wave of tit-for-tat expulsions of diplomats for years.
