At first glance, this scene looks like a standard fruit and vegetable stall, but in fact, every piece displayed is made of cloth by Zhao Zhichun, a 66-year-old woman from Jinan, east China’s Shandong Province. /VCG Photo

To make her artwork look more lifelike, Zhao makes each one to 1:1 scale after taking precise measurements. She then decides on the suitable pigment and which needlework design to use, as well as seal position. /VCG Photo

In the past few years, she has made numerous kinds of fruits and vegetables out of fabrics, and has won dozens of awards nationwide since 2013. /VCG Photo
