25 die in Azerbaijan drug rehab center fire

25 people were killed in a fire at a drug rehabilitation center in the Azerbaijani capital Baku early Friday, AFP reports.
An investigation shows that a power grid defect was the initial cause of the accident. The deadly blaze has been extinguished.

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev visited the scene and has set up a governmental commission to probe the cause of the blaze, along with ordering financial aid to be allocated for the families of the victims.
AFP initially put the death toll at more than 30, but revised it in later reports to 25.
