The White House says the international agreement on limiting Iran's development of nuclear weapons was based under what it calls false pretenses. It says Iran's nuclear program was more advanced than it indicated in 2015. The comment comes just days ahead of the US President's decision on the fate of the 2015 deal. And Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he has evidence Tehran is engaged in a nuclear weapons program.
SARAH HUCKABEE SANDERS WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY "The problem is the deal was made on a completely false pretense. Iran lied on the front end. They were dishonest actors and so the deal that was made on things that were not accurate. We have a big problem with that. Particularly the fact that Iran's nuclear capability were far more advanced and further along than they ever indicated."
