Ten missing after vessel sinks off Shanghai coast

Ten are missing after the “Changping” cargo ship sank off the coast of east China’s Shanghai on Tuesday, local authorities said.
The ship was carrying steel when it sank in the anchorage of Wusong Kou following a collision with another vessel on Tuesday night, according to Shanghai Maritime Search and Rescue Centre.
Three of the 13 crew members have been rescued.
Search and rescue operations are underway.
