At least three people were killed and several others injured after an explosion ripped through a bus station in the Syrian city of Hama, reported Reuters citing local Ikhbariya TV.

No official number of casualties was released.

Ikhbariya TV claimed the blast was a "terrorist explosion", but no group stepped forward to claim responsibility.
