It became an instant hit online — Watching city trains pass through buildings. The monorail network in Southwestern China's Chongqing is one of a kind. Due to the city's mountainous terrain, rail lines and roads are elevated. It's easy for people to spot cars driving right stories or more above ground. It took workers extra time and labor to pave the routes along small and big hills. Often considered the world's largest mountain city, Chongqing, with a population of over 30 million, is becoming a destination for tourists and shutterbugs. Situated along the Yangtze River, Chongqing people are rooted with a distinctive wharf culture, yet, their stories and lives carry on with bricks and tiles etched in the mountains.
