China's national legislature to start annual session in Beijing

The first session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) will start at 0900BJT (0100GMT) at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Monday.
Apart from the reviewing of a government work report delivered by Premier Li Keqiang, NPC deputies will evaluate development plans and budgets reports and be briefed on a draft revision to China's Constitution during the opening meeting.
The session is set to conclude on the morning of March 20.
