Four die in east China's apartment fire, housekeeper arrested

Four people were killed after a fire broke out on Thursday at an apartment in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, police confirmed in a statement.
According to the statement, the incident took place in an apartment in Shangcheng district at around 5:07 a.m. local time.
The four victims died in the hospital after they were found by fire fighters at the scene.

Police were treating the blaze as an arson case, and have detained the family's housekeeper, surnamed Mo, the statement also said.
