UK Prime Minister Theresa May said the deadly fire at London's Grenfell Tower earlier this month was the result of mistakes from governments and many local councils over a period of decades.
May added the fact that cladding on several other tower blocks had also failed fire safety tests is indicative of a "much wider issue." UK police say they believe 80 people are now dead or missing and presumed dead after the fire.
The final death toll will not be known for many months. As many as 800 families were urgently moved into temporary housing on Friday, after firefighters said it was unsafe for them to stay in tower blocks renovated by a company that worked on the Grenfell tower block.
