At the opening session of China’s 19th CPC National Congress on October 18, Xi Jinping delivered a three-and-a-half-hour speech without a break.
As a mark of respect, China’s tech giant Tencent released an online game the same day with the name “Clap for Xi”. The game soon became viral on social media platforms and had collected over one billion “claps”  24 hours after launch.
The game is available on mobile devices only and can be opened through a link. You can applaud Xi by tapping the screen after watching a short clip of his speech.
300 times of claps could only defeat 30 percent of players. /Screenshot from the game "Clap for Xi"

The goal is to clap as many times as possible, so speed is of the essence. A bar at the right side of the screen indicates how many times you have clapped in a round, and the games gives you a total score at the 19-second game.
You can play again or share with friends after a round.
At the time of posting, over 1.2 billion claps had been recorded.
