Chinese President Xi Jinping said that achieving China’s full reunification is the common wish of all Chinese people. Xi expressed the country's staunch resolve to thwart any separatist attempts, vowing that not a single inch of the motherland's territory will be allowed to be separated. He made these remarks during his speech at the closing meeting of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress Tuesday in Beijing.
