Four killed, 9 injured in car crash in Taiwan

Four people were killed and 9 injured after a concrete truck crashed into several vehicles in Taipei, northern Taiwan, on Wednesday morning.

Over 22 vehicles and four homes were damaged in the incident.

Local police estimated that brake failure was the main cause of the collision.
