The world's darkest building is now officially on display at the PyeongChang Winter Olympics in South Korea. Designed by London-based architect Asif Khan and constructed by Hyundai Motor Company, the rectangular building stands near the Olympic stadium and is coated with a new material called VantaBlack VBx2, which is able to absorb almost 99 percent of the light hitting its surface.
