Arson ruled out after initial investigation into fire at Jokhang Temple

Local authorities have ruled out the possibility of arson after initial investigation into a fire at Jokhang Temple in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.

No casualties were reported after the fire broke out last Saturday. Cultural relics remain undamaged.

The cause of the fire is under further investigation.
