The DPRK is open to talks with the United States if it stops military drills on the Korean Peninsula, the country’s ambassador to India has said.
Kye Chun Yong told Indian broadcaster WION, "Under certain circumstances, we are willing to talk in terms of freezing nuclear testing and missile testing. For instance, if the US side stops their large-scale joint military exercises, temporarily or permanently, then we'll also temporarily stop. Let's talk about how to solve the Korean issue peacefully.
