Kabul Explosion: Death toll rises to 29 in suicide bomb attack in Afghan capital

In Afghanistan, the death toll from Wednesday's suicide bomb attack in the capital has risen to 29.
The interior ministry said a suicide bomber set off the explosion close to Kabul University and a Shi'ite shrine. It comes as the country marks the Nawruz holiday, or the beginning of the Persian new year. The Islamic State militant group has claimed responsibility.
