A Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) team rescued a young manatee that had a life vest tangled on its back on Wednesday afternoon. With the help of a net and boat, the FWC's manatee rescue team pulled the manatee to land, cleaned it up and removed the life vest before putting it back into the water.
