Thai, US and South Korean soldiers took part in an amphibious assault drill in Thailand's Chonburi province.
It's part of Cobra Gold, Asia's largest multilateral military exercise. It practices the swift transfer of military manpower and equipment to respond to a natural disaster. The US scaled back its attendance at Cobra Gold after the 2014 military takeover in Thailand. But ties have improved under President Donald Trump.
