Heavy rain, flood hit NE China

Torrential rains and floods hit Northeast China's three provinces and North China's Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region. 
More than 100,000 people and 25,000 hectares of land have been severely affected.
One person has been killed, and about 3,000 acres of entire crops have been damaged. 
On Friday morning, two people were rescued after being trapped by rising river water on a small island in Liaoning province. Rainstorms have also caused water-logging in some cities of Jilin province since Thursday. 
More than half a meter water flooded some streets.
On Wednesday, rain poured down in the city of Harbin, in Heilongjiang Province, creating vast areas of flood water. The torrential rains lasted more than ten hours in Tongliao , Inner Mongolia, destroying some houses and damaging streets.
