With China's bike-sharing industry having exploded in the last 12 months, some enterprises in the country have started car-sharing services. 
 “It's really convenient," said one user in Beijing's central business district. "I don't have to submit any paper documents to rent a car. I can just rent it via my mobile phone.”
The growing numbers of people wishing to avoid the considerable cost of buying a car in China are the ones likely to drive the growth of the car-sharing industry. But while the road ahead looks good, how long will it be before the service puts on the brakes or runs out of gas?
