Doctors say Sergei Skripal's daughter is quickly improving, but that her father remains in critical, yet stable condition. They've been in a British hospital since March 4th when they were poisoned in an attack blamed on Moscow. Meanwhile, Russia announced it's kicking out dozens of foreign diplomats and closing the American Consulate in Saint Petersburg. The US called the Kremlin's move unjustified.
