The prime ministers of Laos and Cambodia have announced that the two countries reached an agreement to withdraw their troops from a disputed border area. The news came after Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen paid a visit to Vientiane on Saturday.
Cambodia has accused Laos of sending troops into the disputed area. Earlier, Phnom Penh threatened military action if Laos did not withdraw its forces before next Thursday.
