2018 Taiwan Lantern Festival: Annual event being held until March 11 in Chiayi

This year's Taiwan Lantern Festival in Chiayi will be the longest-running in history. The event began on Spring Festival and will run until March 11th, over a week after the traditional Lantern Festival. The venue occupies an area of more than 120 acres.
The exhibition consists of 25 sections, including the display of traditional lanterns and modern ones. The annual Taiwan Lantern Festival is hosted in different cities or counties each year.
