The deputy from Guiyang, is expressing gratitude through sign language on issues in regards to special need students. Lei Yan, also from Guiyang, is sharing her thoughts on inheriting traditional cultural memory and developing tourism. Not only have their costumes brightened the view outside of the Great Hall of the People, but the female deputies and delegates have brought diversified views to the gatherings in Beijing.
