A fire has broken out at a petrochemical plant in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province, Dalian Daily reported. It happened at around 6:40 p.m. Beijing time (1040GMT) and witnesses said flames could be seen from neighboring streets. Firefighters have been dispatched to the scene and the fire has been brought under control.
