Former Liaoning provincial Party chief sentenced to life imprisonment for graft

Wang Min, former Party chief of northeast China's Liaoning Province, was given a life sentence for corruption, a court in central China's Luoyang City said on Friday.
According to Luoyang Intermediate People's Court, Wang accepted money and valuables worth more than 146 million yuan (around 21.7 million US dollars) to seek benefit for others from 2004 to 2016.
Wang was deprived of his political rights for life, and all his assets were confiscated.
