China-Japan business ties: Big efforts made to optimize economic cooperation

China's Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan has met with the Japanese delegation of the Japan-China Economic Association, the Japan Business Federation, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Beijing. 
The minister said the Chinese government has long emphasized and looked to develop trade relations with Japan. He added the two countries are important regional neighbors and economic trade partners. 
This year marks 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties of the two countries. It will strengthen economic and trade cooperation and bring substantial benefits to both countries and their people. 
Zhong indicated, developing China- Japan relations not only conforms to the fundamental interests of the two countries, but also contributes to their economic growth. 
In the future, both sides are willing to make active efforts to further expand bilateral economic and trade relations, and reciprocal cooperation. 
China will be more open, bringing more opportunities to enterprises around the world including Japanese companies.
