"Whoever becomes the leader in this sphere will become the ruler of the world," he says.
Putin warns that “it would be strongly undesirable if someone wins a monopolist position” and promised that Russia would be ready to share its knowledge on artificial intelligence with other nations.
"We will share our technology with the rest of the world, like we are doing now with atomic and nuclear technology," says Putin.
The Russian leader predicted that in future wars will be fought by drones, and “when one party’s drones are destroyed by drones of another, it will have no other choice but to surrender.”
