Profile of delegates from ROK and DPRK

The Republic of Korea (ROK) and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) held vice ministerial-level talks today at the truce village of Panmunjom, discussing details of DPRK's participation in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, including a travel route and accommodation. 
Who are the chief delegates representing the two countries? Let's take a quick look. 
ROK's delegation is led by Chun Hae-sung. He is the vice minister of unification and has a range of experience in inter-Korean talks. Yonhap described him as a veteran official in charge of cross-border affairs when he was appointed vice minister by President Moon Jae-in last year. 
DPRK's chief delegate is Jon Jong Su. He is the vice chairman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Country, which DPRK's state agency in charge of inter-Korean affairs.
He was DPRK's chief negotiator in the high-level reconciliation talks between the DPRK and the ROK in 2015.
