Gaza Border Protest: At least 12 Palestinians wounded in rallies

At least 12 Palestinians have been wounded in the latest rallies close to the Gaza-Israeli border. According to a Gaza health ministry spokesman, they were shot by Israeli soldiers on Monday. Dozens more were treated on site after inhaling tear gas. The Arab League will hold an emergency meeting today in Cairo over the conflict. The unprecedented clashes between hundreds of Palestinian protesters and Israeli soldiers broke out on Friday. Since then, 18 have been killed, and more than 16-hundred wounded.
