Korean Peninsula Diplomacy: DPRK asks for one-day delay in working-level talks

The DPRK has asked to push back by a day Wednesday's talks to lay the groundwork for the inter-Korean summit later this month.
South Korea said Pyongyang wanted to discuss protocol, security, and the media at the border village of Panmunjom. More talks are scheduled for Saturday to discuss how to establish an inter-Korea hotline.
Meanwhile, musicians from the DPRK and South Korea held a joint concert in Pyongyang. They performed popular songs from both nations and well-known tunes from the past. They ended the show by singing "See You Again" and "Our Wish is Reunification". The standing ovation lasted more than 10 minutes.
