World leaders gather in Paris for climate summit

More than 100 foreign delegations and some 60 world leaders gathered at a climate summit in Paris on Tuesday.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim and the leaders of Mexico, the UK, and Spain all attended the event.
US President Donald Trump was not invited. The country was represented by an embassy official instead.
The One Planet Summit, co-hosted by President Macron, the World Bank and the UN was held on the two-year anniversary of the adoption of the Paris Agreement. It aims to promote green projects and provide new funding sources. 
Ahead of the conference, China re-affirmed its commitment to transition to clean energy.
