China will not start a trade war, but will firmly safeguard the interests of its people, said Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan on Sunday at a press conference during the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing in answer to a question about Sino-US trade relations, and reaffirmed that cooperation is the only right choice to resolve differences.
