The US Embassy to Moscow said on Monday that it will suspend issuing non-immigrant visas starting Wednesday after Moscow ordered a reduction of US diplomatic staff.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said on July 28 that it had ordered the US to reduce its diplomatic staff to match the number of Russian diplomats based in the US amid rising tensions between the two countries.
