China-US Trade Friction: Trump insists on implementing tariffs on Chinese imports

America's Treasury Secretary insists Trump will follow through with $60 billion in tariffs on Chinese imports. Steve Mnuchin says the US may reach an agreement with China on some issues, but said the tariffs would not be put on hold. He said Trump has no intention of backing down and is not worried about a trade war. However, the secretary added he had very productive conversations with the Chinese.
