At least 21 people were killed and 47 wounded after a bomb blast in northwestern Pakistan on Saturday. The explosion took place just before 9:00 a.m. local time at a vegetable market in Parachinar, the capital of the Kurram tribal district on the Afghan border. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
