Cutting-edge aircrafts and aerobatics displayed in Sichuan Int'l Air Show

The first Sichuan International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition kicked off on Friday in the city of Deyang in southwest China’s Sichuan Province.

The Czech is the guest country of honor for the inaugural edition of the exhibition. It showcases cutting-edge aircrafts including the fastest ultralight aircraft named "Shark," as well as some modern aviation manufacturing technologies to the event.

Jan Kohout, an advisor to the president of the Czech, told CGTN that he felt glad to attend the air show in Sichuan as a guest country, and he was confident with further cooperation between the two nations in the aviation industry.
During the opening ceremony, world-class aerobatics teams from the US, Spain and some other countries performed an air show. Among them, the Baltic Bees aerobatic team from Latvia presented six-jet-formation to the audience. 
Such aerobatic flights will continue to amaze visitors for the next four days.

The static exhibition will display more than 100 aircrafts, such as AS350 Squirrel – a light utility helicopter. 
There will also be a special exhibition area for Chinese-made drones. The most sophisticated ones including the CH-4, known as the Rainbow-4 drone, will be on display. 
The show will last until October 3.
