Korean Peninsula Diplomacy: ROK, DPRK to possibly exchange delegation namelist for talks

The Yonhap news agency says South Korea and the DPRK are planning to exchange name lists of their delegations for high-level talks. The talks were earlier scheduled for May 16th, but were cancelled because of the joint US-South Korea military drills. It will now take place on June 1st. Our correspondent Jack Barton has more details.
