At least six people were injured after multiple explosions rocked an ammunition depot in Azerbaijan on Sunday morning, reported RT citing health officials.
Residents of several nearby villages have also been evacuated, according to the country's Defense Ministry.
A fire is believed to have triggered the blasts, but it was not immediately clear what caused the blaze.
A statement by the ministry said an emergency response team is at the scene, but did not give details about the location of the facility.
However, local media reported that the blast took place in Siazan District in the northeastern part of the country.
Reports also said the motorway linking the capital Baku with the Russian border was shut down because of the incident.
