China releases Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics commemorative stamps

Stamps commemorating the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics have been released in the Chinese capital.
The release took place after the signing of a franchise agreement between the Organizing Committee of the 2022 Games and the China Post Group Corporation. For the first time, the emblems carry a QR code.

Accosting to the franchise agreement, China Post will release Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Games-related products continually from 2017 to 2022. The first product is the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Emblem and Paralympic Games Emblem official commemorative stamps.
Back in 2008, China Post issued a total of 13 sets of Olympic theme stamps and collections of the stamp and won favor with consumers all over the world.
Two weeks ago, the Organizing Committee unveiled the emblems of the Winter Olympics and Paralympics. To tie in with the emblem, China Post specially issued two emblem commemorative stamps.

After using smartphone to scanning the QR code, people can watch an online video of the Beijing Winter Olympics and the Beijing Winter Paralympics emblems.
At the same time, with the issuance of the emblem stamps, China Post will also launch the first-day cover, souvenir covers, postage stamps and other postal products at all postal outlets. Some of the products may also be ordered at the official website store of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games.
