Thousands of people in Syria's Eastern Ghouta, including fighters from rebel factions and other civilians, have been leaving in convoys of buses to Idlib province.
State media reports some 143-thousand people in total had streamed out safely as part of evacuation deals, including nearly 14-thousand fighters.
Four major rebel groups are still positioned inside the region, including the al-Qaida-affiliated Nusra Front.
The government offensive to purge the rebels has killed more than 1,600 civilians in Eastern Ghouta since February.
