Australian Finances: Country opens national inquiry into finance sector

Australia has opened an inquiry into its finance sector. The government-backed inquiry will look into wrongdoing among Australia's banks and financial services.
Australia's banks have been accused of customer exploitation and corporate fraud among other scandals. The financial services sector is the largest contributor to the Australian economy. It is the first time the whole industry has faced such scrutiny.
