Six children are among 12 people killed by an air strike on the Yemeni capital Sanaa on Friday, says rescuers.
Residents and rescuers dug through debris to retrieve the bodies of several children, who all appeared to be under 10 years old.
People at the scene say the planes that dropped bombs on the city are believed to be from a Saudi-led Arab coalition that has waged a campaign for the last two-and-a-half-year against the Iran-aligned Houthi movement.
The United Nations has called for an independent investigation into recent air strikes, which have killed over 40 people in the past week.
